Customs paperwork, drafted before you open the file.
Tariffly reads the commercial invoice and packing list, suggests an HS code for every line with its reasoning, and flags where the documents disagree. Your broker reviews a finished draft instead of typing one.

The typing, the cross-checking and the lookups, done first.
Most of a customs entry is reading documents and copying numbers between them. Tariffly does that part and shows its work, so your team spends its time on the decisions only a broker can make.
Every field pulled out
Parties, incoterm, currency, totals, weights, packages, ports and every invoice line, from PDFs or phone photos.
An HS code for each line
A 6-digit HS 2022 suggestion, the interpretation rule it used, the codes it ruled out, and the question to ask when the description is too thin.
Mismatches flagged
Quantities, weights, values, parties and origin compared across every document, plus line totals that don’t add up.
A draft ready to lodge
An approved entry draft you can export as CSV or JSON, or print for the file, with a full record of who changed what.
How a shipment moves through Tariffly
Upload
Drop in the invoice, packing list and any bill of lading or certificate of origin. PDF or photo.
Tariffly drafts
In a minute or two, every field is extracted, every line classified and every document compared.
Your broker decides
Confirm or change each code, read the flagged issues, and approve. Nothing moves without a person.
Export and lodge
Take the approved draft into your customs system as CSV or JSON, or print it for the file.
Built to support the broker’s signature, not replace it.
Classification is a judgement call with legal weight. Tariffly treats every suggestion as a draft, shows why it chose each code, and keeps the decision with your licensed team.

Made for small brokerages and forwarders
Tariffly is built for teams of five to fifty who clear real volume without an in-house software team. If your desk spends its mornings retyping invoices, it is for you.
Classifications are given at the international 6-digit HS level. Your team adds the national tariff item, duty and any permits for the destination country.
Does Tariffly lodge entries with customs?
No. Tariffly prepares and checks the draft. Your licensed broker reviews it and lodges it through your existing customs system.
Which documents can it read?
Commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, certificates of origin and purchase orders, as PDFs or clear photos. Up to six files and 10 MB each per shipment.
How accurate are the HS codes?
Accuracy depends on how well the goods are described. Clear descriptions usually get a high-confidence code. Thin ones are flagged with a question to ask. Every code is a suggestion until your broker confirms it.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Documents are sent to the AI provider only to draft your shipment, under terms that exclude training on API data. Read the details on our security page.
What happens after the pilot?
Pick a monthly plan on the Billing page, or ask for an invoice. If you do nothing, your data stays available to export and new shipments pause.
Run your next shipment through it.
Start a 14-day pilot with 25 shipments, or watch it work on our sample invoice and packing list first.
