Questions about billing
What counts as a shipment?
One shipment record whose documents Tariffly has read. Reading the same shipment again after you add a document does not count twice. Quick classify and quote drafts don’t count towards your shipments.
What if we go over our monthly shipments?
New shipments pause until the next month or until you move to a bigger plan. Everything you already have stays available.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose “Pay by invoice” on the Billing page and we’ll email you an invoice within one business day.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. You can export all your data before you go.
