Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026. This explains what Tariffly collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Tariffly is a product of Meraki Vale Group, run by its founders. Contact us about privacy at iahnaf210@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, company name and country, and a hashed version of your password.
- Shipment content: the documents you upload and the drafts, edits and comments made in your workspace.
- Usage records: an activity log of actions in your workspace, and basic technical data such as IP addresses used for security and rate limiting.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact and pilot forms.
- Billing: if you pay by card, our payment provider Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to run your workspace, draft your shipments, send you service emails (such as review alerts and password resets), bill you, keep the service secure, and answer your messages. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your documents to train AI models.
Who we share it with
- Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI models that read your documents. Documents are sent only to produce your draft, and Anthropic does not train on data sent through its commercial API.
- Hostinger, which hosts the service and its storage.
- Stripe, if you pay by card.
These providers may process data outside your country. We only use providers that protect data under their published terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your workspace data while your account is open. Owners can delete any shipment at any time, or delete the whole workspace from Settings, which removes its documents and records. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years.
Your choices and rights
You can see, correct, export and delete your data from inside Tariffly. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your personal information, a correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, laws such as the Australian Privacy Act or the GDPR give you further rights, and you can complain to your local privacy regulator.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email before the change takes effect.
