Works with your customs system

Tariffly sits in front of lodgement. You keep CargoWise, Expedient or whatever you use today; Tariffly hands it clean, checked, approved lines.

Where Tariffly fits

  1. Shipper or customer

Emails the invoice and packing list, as they do today. You forward it to your Tariffly intake address, or upload the files.

  2. Tariffly

Reads, classifies, adds the Australian tariff item, checks the documents against each other, and queues the draft for your broker.

  3. Your broker

Reviews in Tariffly, confirms or changes codes, resolves the flagged issues and approves.

  4. Your customs system

Receives the approved lines (CSV or JSON) and lodges the declaration through the ICS, as it always has.

Available today

CSV export

One row per line: description, SKU, quantity, unit, price, origin, 6-digit HS, Australian item, stat code, unit, duty rate, confidence, broker confirmation and note. Opens in Excel; maps into CargoWise and Expedient import templates.

JSON export

The complete draft with header, lines, checks, Australian tariff data and the tariff version, for scripted import into any system or for your own records.

Email intake

A unique address per workspace. Forward supplier emails and the shipment creates itself; the sender gets a link back.

Printable draft and full workspace export

A print-ready draft for the file, and a one-click export of everything in the workspace as JSON for your own archive or a migration.

On the roadmap

  • CargoWise eAdaptor / XML: push approved lines straight into the customs declaration.
  • Expedient import: native file format.
  • API and webhooks: create shipments and receive approved drafts programmatically.
  • DAFF document pack: collect packaging declarations and treatment certificates with the shipment.
  • New Zealand and United Kingdom tariffs.

Order is set by what pilot customers ask for first. Enterprise customers can sponsor an integration and get it built for their system.
