Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 12 October 2026. No lock-in, no cancellation fees, and a clear refund rule for every situation.

1. The free pilot

The pilot is free, needs no card, and ends automatically after 14 days or when the included shipments are used, whichever comes first. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Your data stays available to export for 30 days after the pilot ends.

2. Cancelling a monthly plan

Cancel from Billing → Cancel plan in your workspace, or email iahnaf210@gmail.com from the workspace owner’s address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month: you keep full access until then, your allowance is not reduced, and we do not charge you again. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term. You can export your documents, drafts and audit trail at any time, and for 30 days after the plan ends.

3. Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card refunds appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank; invoice payments are refunded by bank transfer within 10 business days). Where GST was charged, the refund includes the GST and we issue an adjustment note.

4. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value; you are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion. This policy adds to those rights; it never takes them away. Customers outside Australia have the rights their local law gives them.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Please email us before raising a dispute with your bank; almost every issue is resolved within two business days, and a chargeback takes weeks. If a chargeback is opened we may pause the workspace until it is resolved, and where the chargeback is decided in our favour we may recover the bank’s dispute fee. If you believe we have handled a refund wrongly, you can escalate to the ACCC, NSW Fair Trading or your local consumer regulator at any time.

6. Enterprise agreements

Enterprise plans are governed by their written agreement, which sets out its own notice periods and refund terms. Where it is silent, this policy applies.
